Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
PaksaCare (“we”, “us”) runs paksacare.com, an online store for antibacterial hand wash and home care products in Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, place an order or message us, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and city, the products you order and your payment method (Cash on Delivery or bank transfer).
- Messages: messages, photos (for example bank transfer screenshots) and files you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our contact form.
- Checkout progress: if you start checkout and enter your mobile number but do not finish, we save the details you typed and your cart so we can help you complete the order.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type and similar technical information, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Bank transfers are made directly from your bank to ours.
How we use your information
- To process, confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To send order updates by email and WhatsApp — order confirmation requests, reminders, payment requests for bank transfers, confirmations and shipping/tracking details.
- To reply to your questions and handle returns and complaints.
- To follow up on unfinished checkouts.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law.
WhatsApp messages
We send order updates through the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When we message you, or you message us, on WhatsApp, the message content and your phone number are processed by Meta according to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Messages you send to our order-updates number are forwarded to our team so we can reply. If you would rather not receive WhatsApp order updates, reply “STOP” or tell us at the contact details below.
Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- Courier companies (for example TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P, Trax) — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Service providers who run our website and messaging — website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).
- Analytics and advertising — Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when we run ads, which receive information about how our website is used.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your checkout details, and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal purposes. Unfinished checkout details are deleted after 90 days. Messages and payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to handle your order.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you WhatsApp or email updates, by contacting us. We will reply within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We protect your information with secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to order data and private storage for payment screenshots. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
