Shipping
We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 business days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your city. Free shipping applies on orders over Rs. 3,000; a flat delivery charge applies below that.
Returns
If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it easy to fix. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few business days.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
